To be assured of a space please complete the registration forms, accompanied by the registration fee, as soon as possible. Classes that are filled will have a waiting list.

The Early Learning Center at Assumption is licensed to serve children 30 months through 11 years of age. We admit children regardless of race, color, sex, handicap or ethnic background to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to children at the Center. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, handicap and national or ethnic origin in administration of policies and programs. Admissions are based on space availability and the agreement by staff and parents that the child is ready and will benefit from our environment.

Completed registration forms and a nonrefundable fee are required for ELC programs. Families re-registering a child or with a child already in the program must have accounts current in order for a new registration to be accepted. Drop-in care also requires a full registration packet and acceptance is based upon space availability and staffing for both childcare and after school care.

• If your student is ALREADY in Finalsite, please do NOT fill out a new application.  Please select “Continue Enrollment Process”  and complete the “ELC Program Request Form to indicate which programs you are interested in registering for.” You will also need to complete the other forms in the checklist. 
•  If your student IS NOT in Finalsite, please fill out an application. Once you have selected the grade you are wanting to enroll in, you will be able to add on childcare. Once we have received your application you will have additional forms in your checklist to complete. 

• If your student is NOT enrolling in any class/grade and you are just registering for childcare or before/after care, please take the following steps:
  • If your student already appears in Finalsite, please just submit the “ELC Program Request Form” that appears in the Enrollment Checklist along with all the other forms.
  • If your student is NOT in Finalsite, please fill out a new application form and select “Childcare Only” as the grade level.

• If your student is enrolled in K-5, login to your account using this link and select “view checklist.”  Under “OPTIONAL FORMS” you will see a form “ELC Program Request Form.” Once you submit this form, the other required forms will appear in your account. Please complete all of them and Geoff White will reach out to confirm placement.
