Walla Walla Catholic Schools admission is granted on a yearly basis and is an annual contract. Each year enrollment forms must be signed in order to reserve a space for the upcoming year. Until January 31st, current families have the opportunity for priority registration  and a reduced fee of $150 before we open registration to new families. After this date, the enrollment fee will be $250. Re-enrollment is very easy and will only take a few minutes of your time, so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity soon! The page with the online forms can be found here, but a password is necessary to access it. Please email Maddi Baird if you need this password.  Families must also apply for Financial Aid each year. The application for this opened on January 1st, 2022. To apply, sign into your existing FACTS account and select the application for 2022-2023.

IMPORTANT ENROLLMENT DATES

• January 1st: Financial Aid Applications Open 
• January 31st: Priority Enrollment Deadline
• February 18th: Financial Aid Application Due (Returning Families)
• Coming Soon!: Families Notified of FA awards
• 7 days after tuition contract is emailed: Signed Tuition Agreements or Tier 2 Applications Due
• July 1st: First Payment Due (Enrollment Fees Charged)

• Fees indicated on the enrollment form will be charged to your FACTS account in July 2022 unless you submit a payment to the office prior to that date.
• Tuition Agreement: You will receive an email at a later date with your specific tuition information.
• The Scrip program will not be continued next year.
• Sacramental Prep Registration: Families can register students for Sacramental Prep (if they are in 2nd or 3rd grades) on the enrollment form. This will greatly simplify the process for everyone and eliminate the need to submit a separate form in the fall. • In the fall, you will be asked to login to your Skyward account and update any information that has changed.
